The Cousins Pilot stretch wrapping system is part of our next generation of stretch wrap equipment developed under our platform-based design strategy. Positioned as one of our most accessible solutions, the Pilot delivers proven performance and reliability while incorporating key design enhancements found across our newer systems.

Built from our most popular wrapper platform, the updated Pilot features a redesigned alloy mast and carriage that offer increased strength, improved efficiency, and simplified shipping and assembly. The streamlined design reduces material usage and system complexity while maintaining the durability and performance expected from Cousins Packaging. These improvements also support a lower environmental impact through the use of more sustainable materials.

PRODUCTION SPEED:
