Beverage
Cousins Packaging has developed a proprietary conveyor with a 3.5” passline (overall height). This allows customers to use specialized pallet jacks without the need for ramps or pits.
Our patented A-Arm Platform Automatic has become the most popular solution for wrapping beverage pallets without requiring the operator to leave the lift to attach or cut the film. A wireless remote allows the wrap cycle to be started directly from the lift.
We offer solutions for projects requiring conveyors installed either in-line with existing systems or as off-line configurations.
Household
The household industry typically requires standard semi-automatic machines. Cousins Packaging offers one of the most complete lineups of semi-automatic turntable and rotary tower (overhead) models available.

Distribution Centers
Order picking can be a challenge because of the many locations where the loads are being wrapped. This normally requires more than one machine. Our Pilot model is priced just right so the customer can afford to purchase multiple machines to be located in strategic areas.
The Traveler is an innovative portable wrapper that can be taken to the pallet to be wrapped. This allows the customer to save the floor space that permanent wrappers occupy while eliminating the need to move unstable picked pallets to a wrapper location.
